CCC Announces CCC ONE Update
CCC Information Services Inc. recently announced it has made a new version of CCC ONE UpdatePlus available. CCC ONE is a comprehensive customer service solution that helps repairers proactively communicate and engage with customers throughout the repair process, including post-repair satisfaction surveys, according to the company.
CCC Information Services announced on its website, www.cccis.com, that CCC ONE UpdatePlus now comes equipped with the ability to schedule customer appointments within the CCC ONE software platform, send automated email or text appointment confirmations to customers and send automatic reminders on the day of the appointment. With integrated appointment setting and auto-reminders, repairers can present a modern, efficient scheduling process to customers, while helping drive estimator efficiency.
