Dwight Howard, GreenLeaf Auto Recyclers, Florida

The phrase, "You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar," directly applies to Dwight Howard. A United Recyclers Group (URG) Advisory Group member, Howard uses his calm, laid-back demeanor to motivate auto recyclers.

In April 2009, he presented at the URG convention and asked attendees to educate their local markets about the advancements in auto recycling. In July, URG became a part of the Recycled Rides initiative, which donates restored vehicles to families in need. Howard, a member of the vendor parts committee, championed the cause.

"We're not trying to get parts donated from every single URG member," Howard said. "Not yet anyway! Reaching out across the URG network, many will step up if given the opportunity."
